Rules and regulations of The Jolly Roger Shipyard

Post  Captain Barbossa on Mon Oct 25, 2010 12:14 pm

Hello there, and a huge warm welcome to the Jolly Roger Shipyard!

Everyone hates rules and regulations, but unfortunately, we all need them, these rules will help us run a good ship, one without too many issues, and in turn will make your stay here with us a more comfortable one, so lets get started.

First and foremost everyone are welcome here, as long as you have a passion for model ship building, or modeling in general, it doesn't matter how good or bad you are at the hobby, or how long you have been doing it, it is our opinion that everyone here are equal.

We would like you all to share your experiences with us, in the format of advice or some build logs, what we dont want is a popularity contest of knowledge or how many ships you have built, that's just boasting, and there is no place here for it!

Flaming or abusive attitudes towards any member here, is strictly against the rules, and can result in your posts being deleted, or a ban, depending on the severity of your actions, we would however prefer not to have to deal with these kind of issues, so please do your best to show respect to other members of the shipyard at all times, but should you experience any issues that make you feel uncomfortable, please do not hesitate to contact a member of staff who will be pleased to help.

We would appreciate that you do not post copyrighted material, without consent from the owner first, this is a matter of respect for the authors involved, who should be given the respect they deserve for their hard work.

This is a familly orientated site, so no bad language or posting of any pornographic images or links would be greatly appreciated, keep it clean, keep it safe!

With these rules out of the way, we wish you all the best with your builds and hope your time here with us is a fun filled experience.

Best wishes
