I have added some more images, this kit looks impressive, although the brass parts are tiny, but well detailed. The decking is absolutely awesome.

The parts are already the right colours, although not to scale colours, so if you wanted to, all you would have to do is paint the hull, and brass parts, everything else just needs to be assembled, even the hull has a faint waterline mark imprinted on the plastic.

That looks impressive, and I do have a thing for limited editions, it's my weakness lol.

Well a faint waterline mark is better than no mark for cutting. Though to some that is tantamount to vandalism. I do wish kit manufacturers gave you the option of either waterline or full hull like Trumpeter. Looks nice model though I am still not sure about the wooden deck I'm not over keen on those for plastic models.
If modellers haven't got a Titanic and are not having to stick rigidly to scales and apart from the above wooden deck (each to their own) then this one would be the one to go for. It really does look nice.

One more thing Cpt. Barbossa have you thought about having it play MP3's or a little music box type gadget for it playing music? This is not as silly as it sounds, put some radio gear in and float it on a lake. That really would turn heads. I was thinking of doing this with my card Titanic, scaling it up bigger and lighting it and music, have it sailing at dusk...wonderful!
